НОВОСТИ Moscow Helsinki Group Announces Tender for Audit К спискуLadies and Gentlemen, Moscow Helsinki Group (MHG) announces the call for the audit proposals to perform audits for the 2009 financial year and finalizing audit for the Project “Support of the Multi-Functional Human Rights Centers in Russian Regions” financed by and under the conditions of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) during 2002 - 2009. The year 2009 project had been financed by the USAID in the amount of USD 444 566.00. All companies and contacts to which MHG applies to were recommended by the USAID financial service. You are welcome to ask questions or make comments at my address; all necessary information upon availability will be presented upon your request. Proposals are expected to be received prior to deadline January 13, 2010. To be a qualified candidate the auditing company should have the USAID approval for conducting audits of projects financed by the USAID.
