English Language Page In the work of the round table, they accepted the participation of the chairmen of social and non-profit organizations, an official of the administration in the city, and also Ludmila Alekseyeva, the chairman of the Moscow Helsinki Group, Alexander Ayuzan, the president of the National Institute Project “Social Contract” (members of the advice to the President of the Russian Federation on assisting the development of civil institutions for social and human rights); and Natalya Yakovleva, the head of the administration on the rights of children, an authorized apparatus for human rights in the Russian Federation. The initiators of the realization of the activity were the Volgodonsk Association of Consumers and the coordinator of the Anti-Corruption Committee for the Rostov Region, a deputy of the Volgodonska city Duma, L.V. Petrashes. In the frames of the round table, the negotiation ground was organized on the problem of the perfection of work for the management of companies with exploiting organizations and consumer services of housing; the problem of corruption in modern society was investigated (by the example of the bankrupcy of the company “Energostroyservice”, which was managed by, until his election, the former mayor of the city A.H. Kleymenov). The head of the administration on the rights of children N.A. Yakovleva visited children of the establishment with the purpose of studying the regulation of child-support. At the end of the work, the participants of the round table accepted the joint declaration that must become the foundation for active joint work in the frames of round tables, in the negotation ground of authorities and the public. In the declaration it is noted that the political parties are called on to support the effort of civil organizations for the realization of projects in the frames of collaborating with the authorities, but Mass Media –to elucidate in an impartial manner the occuring processes and undertakings.
