ON THE CONDUCTION OF THE ELECTIONS IN THE VILLAGE OF MESKER-YURT, SHALI DISTRICT
As local residents said, the activity was low. Most of the people decided to stay at home and did not go to the constituencies (which were situated in the building of the two local schools).
The first person who came to the constituency on that day was given a package of tea and paid out 100 roubles. Other people, who came among the first, received 20 roubles. Some residents were motivated by money and went to the polls, but the allocation of money presents was stopped quite soon.
